His other appearances were in Ernest Saves Christmas as Orlando International Airport's storage agent and Ernest Goes to Jail as a security guard for Howard County Bank and Trust.

He is portrayed by Gailard Sartain, who previously appeared in Ernest Goes to Camp as Jake the Chef. Chuck made his first appearance in Hey Vern, It's Ernest!, alongside his brother Bobby.
